Why it holds up

The unglamorous stuff, done right.

Verification, matching and safety — the parts that matter once you're actually being paid.

Verified profiles

Every talent and recruiter account is checked before it's visible in search.

Role-based matching

Filters run on category, city and experience — not just a keyword match.

Direct, secure chat

Message recruiters and talent in-app, with a paper trail if something goes wrong.

City-first reach

Starts local — Pune and Mumbai — and expands as demand does.

No pay-to-work

ZYNCO never asks talent to pay to confirm a role. Genuine recruiters never do either.

You own your data
