1Who can use ZYNCO
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must provide accurate, truthful information about yourself.
2Your account
- You are responsible for your account and everything posted from it.
- Do not impersonate any person, brand or organisation.
- Keep your login access safe — actions from your account are treated as yours.
3Content rules
- No nudity, sexual content, harassment, hate speech or illegal content.
- No spam, misleading posts, or fake job/audition postings.
- Only post content and work you are authorised to post.
4Jobs, deals & payments
Important: ZYNCO is a discovery platform that connects talent and recruiters. ZYNCO is not a party to any deal, contract or payment between users.
- Payments, contracts, work terms and delivery are agreed directly between the recruiter and the talent.
- Always verify the other party and the work details before making or accepting any payment.
- Genuine recruiters do not charge talent to "confirm" a role. Never pay to get work.
- ZYNCO is not responsible for disputes, unpaid work, cancellations or fraud between users — but we act on reports and remove bad actors.
5Prohibited behaviour
- Any illegal activity or promotion of illegal services.
- Sharing another person's private information without consent.
- Scams, advance-fee fraud, or attempts to move users off-platform to defraud them.
6Suspension & termination
We may suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these terms, harm other users, or damage the platform — with or without prior notice, depending on severity.
7Limitation of liability
ZYNCO is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZYNCO and its team are not liable for user conduct, off-platform dealings, loss of opportunity, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
8Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ZYNCO after an update means you accept the revised terms.
9Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
