ZYNCO ("we", "us", "our") connects talent — actors, models, dancers, DJs, makeup artists, anchors and more — with recruiters in India's film and events industry. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
1Information we collect
- Account details: name, phone number, gender, date of birth, city, languages, height and other profile fields you choose to provide.
- Content you upload: photos, videos and video links, bio, skills, rate card and portfolio items.
- Usage information: jobs you view, apply to or save, and messages you send within the app.
2How we use your information
- To create your profile and show you relevant jobs, auditions and events near your city.
- To let recruiters and talent discover each other, connect and message.
- To keep the platform safe — including handling reports and blocking abusive accounts.
3Sharing of information
- Your public profile (name, photo, skills, city, portfolio) is visible to other ZYNCO users — that is how recruiters find you.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- We use Google Firebase (Google LLC) for secure authentication, database and storage services.
4Your rights & choices
- You can edit your profile information at any time from the app.
- You can permanently delete your account and associated data from Settings → Delete Account inside the app, or via the account deletion page.

5Data security
We use industry-standard security practices through Google Firebase, including encrypted connections. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.
6Children
ZYNCO is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Users confirm their age at signup.
